Placing Your System on Test
To place your system on test, you will need your account number and password.  Your account number and password can be found on your main fire alarm control panel sticker.  Call our office and follow the phone menu prompts for placing your system on test.

Service Requests and Inspections
For service requests and annual inspections, please dial the main office.  For your convenience, we maintain an on-call technician for your after-hours needs.

Emergency Contact List
Fill out the Emergency Contact Form  and fax it to 512-697-9108 when you have personnel changes.  Please allow 24 hours for the updates to take place in our system.  For the safety of your residents, it is critical to keep your contact information current.
